Applying for Funding

The Trust is open to applications from individuals and institutions who are broadly able to meet the Charitable Objectives of the Richard Stoker Trust (‘the Trust’) as described in its constitution, namely:

To advance the education of the public in, and the appreciation of, the life and works of the composer Richard Stoker, in particular by promoting, organising, supporting and encouraging:

  1. public performances and recordings of his works;
  2. other educational and cultural activities relevant to the study and appreciation of his music; and,
  3. the safeguarding of his archive of musical manuscripts both published and handwritten, comprising books, recorded material, artworks and other relevant items.

Before applying for funding, please read our Terms and Conditions.

Applications for funding can be made:

1) In writing to The Richard Stoker Trust, 48 Brandram Road, London, SE13 5RT.

2) By email to richardstoker@markbraund.com.

3) By using the contact form on this website.

In each case, please include as much information as possible. We will need to know the amount of the grant you are applying for, how that money is going to spent, and how the use to which the funds will be put satisfy the charitable objectives of the Richard Stoker Trust as outlined above.

Thank you, and good luck.
